- Mind/Body/Spirit Wellbeing
Leah is a Knoxville native and attended the University of
Tennessee where she received a Bachelor's Degree in
Psychology and a Master of Science in Social Work.
During this time, she gained clinical experience working
with children at Helen Ross McNabb and counseling
adults at the YWCA. In both of these settings, she found
her passion for the wellbeing of each individual as a
whole: mind, body and spirit.
This approach directly impacts how Leah interacts with
and counsels her clients. She feels it is essential to
address all of these components within the individual's life
in order to create and maintain a balanced wellbeing. In
this way, she hopes to journey with her clients towards a
path of holistic healing.
In her free time, Leah enjoys being active outdoors;
whether it be paddle boarding with her dog (Kydon),
running with a friend, or going for a bike ride. Growing up
in Knoxville, she became well acquainted with all of the
beautiful trails and places to hike such as Ijams or the
Smokies; and she takes pleasure in relaxing in God's
creation- always with Kydon in tow.
