Emily King is a Licensed Marriage and Family
Therapist. She received her Master's degree from
Richmont Graduate University in Chattanooga. She
graduated from Tennessee Tech University with an
undergraduate degree in Journalism and Lincoln
Memorial University with a Masters in Education.
Emily has a passion for working with new moms,
postpartum depression and anxiety, parenting
issues including discipline and instruction, as well as
women’s issues, life transitions, and families. Emily
looks at issues from an integrative perspective and
considers the emotional, physical, relational, and
spiritual needs of her clients. She is a family systems
therapist and uses a systems approach, as well as
interpersonal and relational.
Emily is married to Jack and they have two young
children. She loves spending time with her family,
working out at the YMCA, being involved at their
church where her husband is the Priest, and
watching Masterpiece Theater shows.
