Nathan received his Masters in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling from Freed-Hardeman University in 2013, and
has since served as a counselor in a variety of settings.
He received a B.A. in Biblical Studies in 2011 and worked
in youth ministry for four years before moving to the
Knoxville area in 2014.

As a counselor, Nathan seeks to join others in their
struggle and work collaboratively toward growth and
healing. His goal is to provide a safe place to explore
inner experiences, consider steps toward desired change,
and identify and foster personal strengths. He wants to
help others find hope and peace, reaching deeper levels
of self-awareness and self-compassion. Nathan believes
that unlocking our potential to develop loving, healthy
relationships with ourselves, others, and God creates
deep healing and restoration.

Nathan works with a range of issues regarding
development, identity, relationships, and life transitions. In
particular, Nathan has experience and passion for
working with young adults and adolescents, loss and grief
concerns, struggles with spiritual identity, and
substance-related addictions.

As a Christian therapist, Nathan values and seeks to
serve people from all walks of life and is respectful of
clients having differing worldviews or spiritual
backgrounds.
Nathan values time with family and loved
ones. He and his wife enjoy traveling, trying new foods,
and spending time outdoors with their two adventurous
dogs.
