Dr. Martha Catherine Dagenhart is a licensed
psychologist who works with individuals and families.
Her clinical experience has included the assessment
and treatment of children and adolescents, college
students, and severely mentally ill adults. Her current
clinical interests include working with clients who are
coping with depression and anxiety, dealing with grief
and loss, making life transitions, addressing spiritual
concerns, or are interested in career exploration.
In addition, Martha has a strong interest in personality
and cognitive assessment, including the identification
of learning disabilities in children and adults.

Martha received her Bachelor's degree from the
University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, and her
Master's degree in Counseling from Wake Forest University.
She has been a National Certified Counselor since 1995,
and a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Carolina
since 1996. She received her Doctorate in Psychology from the
University of Tennessee - Knoxville in 2004.

Martha and her husband have been married for eight years. They have a 7-year-old son
and a 3-year-old daughter.
