Lisa has been with ECS since 1998 and brings her personal
experiences as a foundation for her practice.  She’s been
married since 1981 and is the grateful mother of 2 grown
sons and a newly-adopted teenage daughter from China.  
Her familiarity with the challenges of loss and life transitions
are valuable in providing insight and compassion.  Her
clinical interests include marriage and relationship issues,
anxiety, depression, abuse, and eating disorders. She has a
special interest in pre-marital counseling, identity and
spiritual formation.

Lisa has a master’s degree in counseling from the University
of Tennessee and an undergraduate degree from
Tennessee Tech. She has experience as a teacher and has
provided training to individuals in the community who are
interested in becoming more effective in their current areas
