Elizabeth Sullivan is a licensed professional counselor with a passion for helping individuals navigate complex trauma, life transitions, grief, loss, anxiety, and depression. She earned her M.A. in Counseling from Richmont Graduate University with a certificate in Trauma. Elizabeth approaches therapy with a focus on emotional awareness and regulation, equipping her clients with tools to face everyday challenges. Elizabeth believes that healing begins when people are given a safe space to be seen, heard, and valued. She feels privileged to walk alongside her clients as they share their stories, holding space for them in whatever circumstances they find themselves.
Having spent the first decade of her life in Moscow, Russia, and lived in various countries across Europe, Elizabeth has developed a unique ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. She is also trained through TCK Training to debrief children and teens who are TCKs (Third Culture Kids), offering specialized support to those who have lived in different cultural settings.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys doing crafts, hiking, reading, experimenting with new recipes, painting, and traveling.
