Zach Hardesty is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, a minister, and teacher. and is working toward a Temporary License as a Professor Counselor (LPC/MHSP) in Tennessee. He completed his master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Harding University. He is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Image Transformation Therapy. He specializes in working with young men 13 years old and up who are looking to process through shame, identity, purpose, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, faith and spiritual matters. He also works with young couples in resolving communication issues and promoting healthy relationships.
Zach believes that everyone has been endowed by their Creator with certain talents, gifts, and abilities that can contribute in making the world a better place. Zach’s mission is to help every person discover, utilize, grow their unique talents. He integrates various counseling theories and modalities which allows him to tailor each session to the client’s individual needs.
Zach enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and friends. He loves playing golf, watching sports (especially, the Razorbacks), and learning more about fantasy football than you would ever want to know.
